Dr. Timothy Oh
Dr. Oh grew up in Brunswick and spent time in CA, HI, NY, and AZ before returning to call Maine home again. He founded the Caring Hands of Maine non-profit organization in 2010 to find creative solutions to address the oral health needs of Eastern Maine. Dr. Oh is currently faculty at the University of New England College of Dental Medicine, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, and former faculty at the University of Maine. He has been active in the oral health world serving as President of the Maine Dental Association from 2014-2016, Chair of the MDA Executive Board, 2013-14, and on various committees and councils of the American Dental Association. He has also served on the Mainecare Dental Advisory Committee and in leadership of the Maine Oral Health Coalition. In 2012 Dr. Oh was honored with the Maine Dental Access Coalition "Maine Oral Health Hero" award.
Dr. Oh is also a past chair of the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health Alumni Board. He has been honored with prestigious fellowships in the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
